Folding can make you lose a Poker game

October 13th, 2008 | Category: Latest News

It has been confirmed that you might probably lose a Poker game if you fold the cards. In a poker game, if cards are distributed randomly, the probability of you winning any particular hand is less than 20% when you fold the cards. This also means that when the guy under the gun folds and you are in the big blind, you probably have an extra more than 20% chances of winning. When the next guy folds, you will also have a one-third probability of winning against the remaining six players. When everyone folds to the button you have your chances of winning increasing to more than 100% and this is the true fact about the game of Poker.

One of the most important thing is to keep a positive attitude at the poker table when you are in for a match. It is also important for you to know that no matter what the button does, you can three-bet your opponent and then triple barrel him with a shot-gun facing down the meter reader just because you have already won a pre-flop. If you want to keep yourself successful in the Poker game and as well nudge yourself into a happy mood each time you play, you need to train and cultivate the habit of not folding up while you are in a competition. If you fold up, your chances of losing a poker game is greatly increased, and you give your opponents the opportunity to override you each time.
